One day is fine. You just need to plan what shows you want to see, figure out what times they are, and try to be smart about what exhibits you're going to see in between shows so you don't end up running all over the park. (I've only been to the San Diego one, but I don't think they're that different.)

Just one day. I just a schedule online and plan out all the shows. You probably wont be able to see them all, but you won't want to come back just for the couple you miss.
