Pumping rights and work?

So I go back to work next week. But I work from home. What are working moms' rights as far as making time to pump? Are they required to take unpaid breaks to pump? Paid? Any links or input is appreciated. TIA!

    I don't know what the rights are, I just spoke to my boss and told him that i will be pumping sometimes and he is fine with it. GL!

    My boss knows I'll be pumping and/or breastfeeding, but I just don't know whether or not I have to take breaks for it. I'm sure I do, but it doesn't really seem fair if women who work in offices don't have to, you know?

    I found this at LLL.org It is a map of states that have laws for pumping at work.

    I will keep looking for more info.  There are two articles that talk about the law and having conversations with your boss.

    I am not sure, but I am able to work and pump at the same time.  I have a private office with a door and a hands-free pump.

    The new health care bill requires employers to give mothers time to pump/breastfeed at work for up to one year.

    I don't know the exact rules, but I work from home a few days/week and bought an Easy Expressions bra (not the halter one...the wrap), and Pumpin Pal angled horns.  I set the pump up by my desk and can do conf calls or emails etc.  I don't talk to people though...too afraid they will hear the motor.  It works well for me.
