I'm trying to eat non processed food as much as possible. It has really helped me and I am now 9lbs less than my pre-pregnancy weight. I eat tons of fruit, veggies, lean protein, nuts, real oatmeal with cinnamon and honey. Cutting out all the processed crap has made me less hungry too. Double bonus!
laughing cow cheese with pretzels is a low cal/low fat snack that fills me up and is really tasty. I added a lot of fruits and veggies. We usually still eat the same things for dinner (pastas/roasts/casseroles) but I just cut my portion sizes way down and add veggies to fill me up.

Oooh a hummus and veggie pita sounds so good right now!! We do a lot of stir frys for dinner. Now that I'm not pg or BF I don't eat red meat ( I was a vegetarian before) so I love the vegetarian suggestions. Thanks ladies.
Don't cut out too much fat, you need some to keep your body running. Most veggies are very low-cal. Berries (almost no-cal) with yogurt (Greek is my fav!), beef jerky, almonds, oatmeal, turkey breast, avocado, apples.
Re: Dieting Mama's come in...
grill some chicken or make a stir fry with brown rice. Vegetable soup, veggie chili, substitue wheat pasta instead of white pasta & have spaghetti.
