Eating Toothpaste

Please tell me my daughter is not the only one.

All she does is eats the toothpaste off of the toothbrush!  She will eat it out of the tube if you let her.

    Yup, she just takes the toothbrush and sucks off the toothpaste.  I usually put a tiny bit on there, let her eat the toothpaste and "brush" her own teeth, then put a regular sized amount on there and I brush her teeth.  That way, she doesn't eat as much!

    Same here!  I am trying really hard to teach him to spit and really brush himself.

    We go with the toddler training toothpaste that says it is safe to swallow, because DD definitely swallows way more than she spits! Somedays she is better about it than others, but generally she is an eater!

    Yeah, my daughter loved to eat it too but now she has learned how to brush her teeth.
