How do you make your alfredo sauce? We usually just use Classico but I would love to try making some.

This time, we are trying a frozen family style meal from Walmart...but if I make my own I use this recipe...
1 cup chicken broth 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 2-3 cloves minced garlic 2 tbsp cornstarch 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper
Heat chicken broth over medium high heat, bringing to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, and stir in heavy cream, cornstarch, and garlic. Bring to a soft boil and stir for one minute. Reduce heat to low, add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 10 mins.
Baked pork chops w/ garlic gravy, yellow rice & green beans (that I didn't make last week)
Need to steal the rest ... Hamlin, whassup w/ the tomato cream sauce? Recipe please....???
Also want to report that I copied Candi and bought frozen sweet potato fries. DH and I were pleasantly surprised. They were so good that I don't know if I'll bother making my own.
Tonight: baked chicken, parmesean couscous (never had couscous before so this is a first), corn on the cob
Tuesday: spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, and salad
Wednesday: something mexican in honor of cinco de mayo
Thursday: I'm not sure yet on this day because I am having dental work done and I don't know how my teeth will feel lol...Wes may be on his own this night
Friday: grilling out hamburgers, steak fries, and baked beans
