Highchairs?

I'm thinking it might be time to get one. We registered for one, but never got it and I'm not sure it's the way to go. Please recommend yours. Also, when did you start using it? Thanks!

around 4 months DS would sit in his bumbo while we had dinner...

we started using the high chair around 5 months when we started solids.

we have the 'anka' high chair by svan and love it.

Lillian was using this from when she was really young. Since it could recline back she would just hang out in there while we ate dinner. I don't use the thing on the bottom. Also, we got it at bedbath and beyond and used the 20% off coupon.

We just got a high chair two weeks ago (long overdue). I bought a used Chicco Mama off CL. I love it. It has an extra insert to accommodate smaller babies (at 7.5 months DD still needs this insert!). And it also has two trays - one comes off the other so you can hose it down, but baby still has a tray to play on. I am sure other models have these perks too, but I haven't shopped around. I was happy to find a nice one in really good condition on CL because high chairs are so expensive retail!

We started using it about 3 weeks ago, she loves to be up high with us while we eat dinner, or if I am doing stuff in the kitchen.

We got the Chicco Polly. I like it because it reclines, and folds up incredibly easy.

We started using ours about 2-3 weeks ago and he loves it! We got a Safety First one and I love it because it folds up so it takes up less space in the kitchen.

We have the fisher price zen collection high chair. It looks great in our dining room. We started using it at 4 months. DS loves his chair and will sit and watch us eat dinner even when it's not time for him to eat. It's comfy and reclines.

I love the Graco Contempo Wyndham. I think with a 20% off it ended up being $65. You can easily remove the tray with 1 hand, tray goes in the dishwasher and it comes with 2 seat covers so one can go in the wash while you use the other one. Folds up easily and doesn't take up much space. I lucked out because I just looked at it online and the good reviews and we love it.

We have the FP Space Saver that sits on one of our chairs. I love it. We started putting DS in there a few weeks ago because it can recline so he doesn't have to be able to sit up yet. We sit him there often while we're eating or working in the kitchen, bc he can see us and seems to like it.
