I am hosting a shower for a friend in June and am working on the showers. Would love some ideas for DIY invites! Links, pictures, etc if possible!! Thanks
i made invites for my sister's shower using a digital scrapbook kit i downloaded from https://www.shabbyprincess.com/ and made it using paint.net I then had it printed at VistaPrint
I actually half way made my own, my mother(the hostess) came at me with the idea but she isn't "creative" she mentioned! So we went to Target and bought a kit of everything we needed and I used my computer @ home with my ink. The kit was materials for 50 invitations for $20.00 didn't think I could beat that!!!! This is how they came out...
my host plans on making the invites. at michaels or even walmart has good ones, kinda like save-the-date invitations and u just type what u want or even a picture and print it out from your computer.
To make it you'd need/want a 1 1/4" round punch and the nesting scalloped circle punch. If you don't already have these, they can run about as mush as all the paper you'll be buying for the invites.
If you decide to go this route, let me know and I can mail you a template.
Vista prints. Really reasonable prices and super cute!
PPD/PPA Mom...it has been super hard, but I'm making it! Slow steps... Mom to Carter (6), and Calianne (1). Proud VBAC, natural birth, breastfeeding, cloth diapering momma!

I made invites very similar to the link below (never shot photos of mine)
I also printed on white paper for the wording inside. I got VERY good feedback on them.
