I ovulated over the weekend, and now I'm having some mild cramping. could this be assoiated with implantation?

    Only because you live in my parents town will I humor you.  Honey this is your very first post so people may be mean.  If you just started TTC you don't know too much yet.  If you ovulated over the weekend, then NO!! It's not implantation.  That occurs 7-10 days after ovulation.  You're just new at this so you take every little feeling and think too much.  Welcome to the lovely little word of TTC...it can drive a gal mad! :)  But put on your big girl panties because you are about to get flamed from others. 

    TTC since July 2009. Dx MFI & LPD. 
    IUI#1&2&3 (2011 & 2012) BFN
    IUI#4 1/23/13 on 75iu x9 Follistim = BFP then chem preg m/c (Feb 2013)
    IUI#5 BFN (April 2013)
    IVF w/ICSI Oct. 2, 2012 - 13R, 11M, 7F, 1 frozen blast 4BB grade - - - FET Nov 15, 2013
    BFP! Beta 1:104 @ 10dp6dt, Beta 2:178 @ 12dp6dt,  beta 3:366 @ 14dp6dt
    Saw heartbeat twice before missed M/C at 8w3d on 12/27/13, missing my little angel boy
    JUNE 2014 IVF#2;  5R, 2M, 1F Three day transfer 6/7.  Beta 6/18 - BFN
    Child Free Now?

    Not really... this poster said nothing that was flame-worthy.  Just asked an honest question. I see no reason to flame.

    OP, are you certain that you ovulated over the weekend? Did you verify with temps and/or OPKs?

    I had this as well when I first started TTC, it was my imagination getting excited and playing tricks on my brain.

    it is too soon for implantation cramps, if you just ovulated.

    my advice since you are new: lurk and learn, and start charting if you do not already. You can click any of our Fertility Friend tickers and create and account on fertilityfriend.com to get started. GL w/ TTC!

    Sorry ladies, I said we MAY be mean...only to give her a warning.  I agreed she asked an honest question but I worry some times for the newbs.  And maybe I'm just having a little bit of a bad day for something like this. 

    But yes OP, start temping/charting so you'll know for sure when you O.  Lurk alot so you can learn all the little ins & outs.  Things like this (when does implantation occur) I didn't know my first month TTC and I too got excited over every "phantom" symptom but maybe after so many cycles I'm just a little jaded tonight.

    Not yet. Implantation doesn't happen until later (if you are lucky to O and then have the egg fertilized by sperm).

    There is a book called Taking Charge of Your Fertility. You can pick it up and it has a lot of really great information about how your body works. The newer versions come with a free trial of Fertility Friend. Best wishes to you & good luck with TTC.

    Sorry katib-- it's my bad too. I am really irritable right now!! I agree with you, I think we have been jaded by this prolonged TTC process. I'm off to bed!

    I wouldn't apologize.... if I weren't so tired of reading posts like this I would say something, but I can't muster up the energy. I thought you were nice anyways.  :)

    OP- you got some pretty good advice.... if you stick around and lurk, you'll learn a ton about TTC (things I never even imagined) 

    such as placing egg whites into your vag to aid in conception..or bake a cake Stick out tongue

    Thanx ladies. I think I will try to find that book, because it sounds like it would be very imformative. I'm charting with an app on my IPod. It has Flow, Mood, BBT, CM, CP, CT, CO, OD, Symptoms, Treatments, Events, and Notes. I found it really usefull for my charting. I found a site that made me better understand how to tell how open or closed my CO is. Any advice you have would be great, because this is our first month of TTC.
