Nail salons in Cypress area (not baby related)

I live in Fairfield and and we're heading to Austin for a wedding Friday afternoon. Does anyone know of a good place to get a mani/pedi in the Cypress area? I don't want to spend way too much, but being preggo I don't want a hole in the wall where the fumes will be bad.

"Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?...But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Matthew 6:26-27&33-34

  • I always go to the one on Barker cypress. From Fairfield, just exit Barker Cypress, go past the Randalls and there is a nail shop in this small strip center. I think its next to a sushi restaurant. It's cheap, quick and they usually have good service. I go at least every other week.

  • Oh, and I've never been to a salon without the dreadful fumes....but try going first thing in the morning before they start working too much.
  • Thanks! I know they all have fumes, but some are worse than others. I can barely walk past the one in Walmart these days...the fumes reach the check-out lines in front of it!
