baptism gowns and wedding dresses

Has anyone in the Philadelphia area found someone who will make a baptism gown out of their wedding dress?  Is it really expensive?  Were you happy with the final product?

    There was a post a while back about this. If you page "Tammy" on Philly's thenest board she could help you, I know she did it recently.

    My dress was altered in Drexel Hill by Nilah (https://www.nilah.com/).  The dress turned out great.  I know that she changes wedding dresses into baptim gowns and if it is at the same level of my dress you will be happy.
