I can not remember the title but it was from the same series as "Your Pregnancy Week by Week." My husband really liked it and it was technical enough for him.

I bought this book for DH after standing in the shop and reading half of it and loving the advice. It's very tongue in cheek but does have lots of useful info too. It's called "Dad's pregnant too"
Last year I got my brother: Be Prepared: A Practical Handbook for New Dads....both and and my SIL said it was fantastic so she's giving it back to me :-)

The author also has this website - https://www.dadspregnant.com/Home/tabid/36/Default.aspx
Here's a video he made on what not to say to your pregnant wife
I just noticed the website has a forum which may be a good place for guys to bond and vent like the Bump is for us.
I don't know if this is the exact title, but it sure is a funny book that I have enjoyed even if my husband only has read a few pages...
"My wife's pregnant and I'm having a meltdown" ???
I can check again when I get home.
Here's that exact title....
"She's Having a Baby--and I'm Having a Breakdown
What Every Man Needs to Know--and Do--When the Woman He Loves Is Pregnant"
