did anyone miss me?? haha. I had a mini sabbatical from the bump since birth! but now, im back at work which means...TIME TO BUMP!! haha..

we just had 3 month pics of madaline done last week so i am going to AW!

honestly, horrible!! Im only working tues, wed and thurs now. but my boss basically said, come back full time or else. So im gonna go back full time toward the end of may.

im trying to convince murfy to come be my nanny! lol

No...I have 7 weeks left of maternity leave. We get crazy amounts of vacation/sick time a month so I hoarded all my time off so I could be off for almost 6 months.

Thats great!! So you should at least ASK about part time. The worst they can say is no! That happened to be but they are giving me about a month part time to easy back into it. It could be worse right??

Im learning too that my career means nothing now. My family is first and if that means I change careers so be it. But for now, i have to go back full time until we find another course in life for us. I hope to be able to stay home one day, but as you know, living in SOCAL aint easy!

DH just wants me to find a new job, but easier said than done in government work at the moment. I did get them to agree to change my hours so I can be home earlier at least. I'm going to tough it out, we'll start trying for DC#2 next June and we'll see what happens from there. At least by the time our next LO is born I'll have enough time off saved up to do 6 months again.

I'm with you though, I'd quit in a heartbeat but our mortgage is just too high for one income. I also make to much for the whole argument of my entire paycheck will go to pay for DS's childcare.

DH just wants me to find a new job, but easier said than done in government work at the moment. I did get them to agree to change my hours so I can be home earlier at least. I'm going to tough it out, we'll start trying for DC#2 next June and we'll see what happens from there. At least by the time our next LO is born I'll have enough time off saved up to do 6 months again.

Oh, so next june huh??? we are either talking this sept/oct...or next aug/sept.. we have a trip planned to new zealand and I DO NOT WANT TO BE KU!! So we either have to deliver before or after! haha.

We are going to Vegas next June for our anniversary and I don't want to be KU this time so I figure it's the perfect time to start trying. It was not my idea of fun last June when were there and I was carrying saltines and jolly ranchers with me everywhere because I felt like crap. Not to mention gambling sober is not fun at all, especially when you are losing. I would try sooner, but I don't want another winter baby or 2 under 2.
