  I don't mind Brannon, it is not my favorite name ever, but not that bad.  The rest are NMS at all.

  It looks like you took popular names and changed a letter:)  NMS but if I was to pick I would say Brannen.  But I would wonder why not Brandon or Brennan?  JMO

  Normally, I like different names, but I am not a fan of any of these.  The one I dislike the least I guess is Kylan, but I think it would work better as a girls name.

  Cuyler= not sure how to pronounce it, so I cant really say.

  Kylan= makes me think of the Nickalodean show, Ni Hao Kylan.

  I usually like less popular names, but I have to agree with pp that they sound made up.  The only variation I can think of that is different and that I really like is Kai.
