  I started at 50 and now I am at 200. Its definitely better now.

  Pre-pregnancy I was on Effexor. I stopped taking it (weaned properly via doctor supervision) when I found out I was pg. I had a mental breakdown from APD around 22 weeks and was put on Zoloft. 

  Continued Zoloft through pregnancy and upped it after birth to avoid PPD.

  was on Cymbalta prior and during pregnancy per doctor supervision. 

  Weaned off of Cymbalta and onto Prozac after delivery.

  I had it VERY BAD and am just now starting to feel sunshine a little more each day.

  Hi all. I am not pregnant yet, but we are going to start TTC. I am on 20 mg of Prozac (have been for years) and am seeing a clinical psychologist. We are talking about going down to 10 mg to see how I do before I get pregnant. I just am looking for some advice as well about the medication before I get pregnant. 

   Any advice? I am hoping that I can do well with the lower dose. But I am nervous.
