what to do when they wake in middle of night. Comfort them, but when they won't go back to sleep what do you do?

We tried many strategies this week, wondering what other mom's do.

    We have been dealing with this exact thing.  We have tried giving her the paci, changing her diaper, giving her medicine (motrin works best) and feeding her.  When nothing else works we give her a bottle. I don't like doing it but it always puts her back to sleep.

    we have also sleep trained (cio) and he rarely wakes at night cause of teething.  if he does wake in the middle of the night, we use oragel and he usually goes back to sleep in about 15 minutes.  we don't feed in the middle of the night anymore...
