We delivered at NWH. They give you a welcome baby bag. It includes a NWH diaper bag that is royal blue, diapers, formula, wipes, couple receiving blankets. We had a boy so we got all the circumcision care supplies. After you take the care for baby class before you go home. Everyone takes it. You get bath scrub brush, nail clippers, mini soaps, etc.
We didn't deliver at NWH, but I think it's standard for hospitals to provide the essentials (after all, you ARE paying for it through insurance). We had diapers, wet paper towels (they didn't recommend wipes until 2 months+), onesies, blankets, hats, nail clippers, nasal aspirator, digital thermometer -- and the nurse told us anything under the bassinet was ours to keep.
