lets talk nursing covers

So I never had a nursing cover with dd but I am planning on getting one this time around. I have no clue where to start though so I was hoping you ladies could help me out. what kind of nursing cover do you like and why or why not?

    I have a jersey knit shaw that I put over my head & am covered... I love it because I there's no chance of DS pulling it to the side & exposing me. It's thin, light weight, & convenient! Love it! :)

    After I pump I'll see what the brand is :) I'm pumpin' & bumpin'!

    I have one a friend made me.  I LOVE it.  It's great colors, and the boning is wider, which I really like a lot.  She has an etsy site I'd be happy to give you if you would like it.  It was cheaper than getting a cover in style at the store!

    mt friend made me a hootie hider---material that is light weight and long with a stiff collar--she put something in it but not sure what that makes it stiff!  love it cuz i can look down and see him

    I have a Bebe Au Lait, and I LOVE IT!!!  It has the stiff neck, so you can see the baby.  It's a beautiful colour / print too.

    Worth every penny :-)

    At first I got a cheap one from BRU (I think it was First Years brand?), and hated it. It was too short and made of a terrible synthetic fabric that would make poor DS sweat every time I used it. I recently ordered a Bebe Au Lait, and it's SO much better. It has the rigid neck so that you can peek down on LO, and it's much longer. Plus, it's available in a ton of cute patterns/colors. Worth every penny!

    I have a Hooter Hider and love it! ?I never leave home with out it. ?DD knows the fabric now and when she sees it, she gets really excited. ?

    When I ordered mine it was a two for one deal. ?Hooter Hider and Bebe Au Lait are the same brand, just different patterns are offered under the different names. ?

    I have an Udder Cover and like it. It has the rigid adjustable neck and is made of lightweight fabric so neither I nor DS get too hot. They periodically have specials where you pay only shipping, so I think I paid $6 or $9 for it... Can't remember. Www.uddercovers.com

    Bebe Au Lait is my favorite.  They have the best wire that keeps the "view hole" clear and the cover itself is larger than the "Hooter Hider".  Here is mine:

    ETA: The Hooter Hider is made by the same company as the Bebe Au Lait, and they are the same price, I've just found that the Hooter Hider (which I also have) is slightly shorter from the top (where the wire is) to the bottom, which means DD is more likely to expose me. ;)

    I have the bebe au lait and I like it very much. It has a little corner of a washcloth sewn in which is great.
