You can start in "Bird in Hand" and then "Intercourse" though you either end up in "Paradise" or "Blue Balls," depending when you stop.

Yup. It was named that because there was once "The Inn of the Blue Ball" in that area. A lot of people couldn't read back in the day, so inns had odd names with big images on their signs so folks could recognize them.
