I was just reading a bit of your blog.  We do a ton of those same things.  I saw you were near STL right now.  There is a great Gluten Free Bakery here.  They are also nut free. Many of their products are also casein and soy free.  They ship all over the country.  It's called Andrea's Gluten Free.  Their Pumpkin muffins are amazing!

  • Thank you!!!  I'll def check it out.  I appreciate it.

If you have any other food ideas as well, I'd love to hear them (you can PM me)----always looking for new foods.  As I'm sure you know---it's tough out there, although I'm sure it's 100x easier than years ago.

What is your DC allergic to?  Mine is wheat/gluten, all dairy, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts.  He's finally free to have soy--hooray!
