His head has red bumps.

Looks a little like excema, I guess. Red scaly bumps that just cropped up today. Kind of flaky too? Anyone else? (sorry, 1ht)

    My son gets them when he sweats, heat rash I guess or cradle cap, it'll go away

    My DD has it. I took her to the doctor because it spread to her eye and under her eye was red and a little swollen.

    She had red scaly bumps and it was flaky, too - it was eczema. I'm putting Baby Aveeno cream on her face/head, not using soap on her face or head at all and only using soap 3 times a week in her bath. 

    I'm also cutting back on my dairy to see if that helps (as per suggestion from the doctor).

    Thanks! I put some Aquaphor on it, I am definitely going to cut back on the soap in the tub.

    Aquaphor is my best friend.  Poor DD gets lubed up in it everynight and her face multiple times a day for her eczema.  It definitely keeps things under control.
