Blue cheese in salad dressing??

My DH wants to go to Outback tonight and I normally always order my salad w/ Blue cheese dressing. I know that you aren't supposed to have unpasteurized cheese but is it ok in processed dressings?

Just had to add that I think blue cheese (or bleu cheese, whatever) dressing sounds really good right now!!!!
