Amazon's CS rocks!!!
DH bought me a Kindle about a year ago and I LOVE it! I use it everyday and today it broke. 
The screen cracked and it was frozen on the screensaver. I called Amazon and told them the problem and they said it was a defect and they're sending me a brand spankin' new one today! It will be here on Monday! They were super nice and didn't try to blame me for it at all. They even gave me a credit for the cover that DH bought for it so I can get a new one!
