it is time to clean my garbage disposal and will be using vinegar and baking soda.

My question, does anyone use lemon to freshen the disposal? if so, do you use a whole cut up lemon or just lemon juice?

I used to just cut a lemon up into like fourths and toss the wedges in there.

I just quarter the lemon and throw it it with ice cubes. Cleans the blades and makes it smell great!
