    me too and i swear it's the reason my nails are long. i also take a pnv but whenever i consistently take m's gummy vites - they grow like crazy.

    The company that makes the Lil Critters gummy vitamins also sells adult gummy vitamins called Vitafusion. I've seen them at Costco, Trader Joe's, and I believe CVS...
