Room sharing question (long)

We live in a 2 bedroom townhouse therefore DS and DD will eventually have to share a room. Right now DD is still in our bedroom but I would really love to transition her to her crib in DS' room by 5 or 6 months.

For those that have LO's who share a room....how do you work bedtime? 

It's not too much of a problem now because DD still goes to sleep later than DS. I am thinking of the future when they will both be going to bed around the same time.  

I especially worry about what will happen when we have to do some sort of sleep training/CIO, which I am sure will be necessary later on. I don't know how we will manage that when they share a room! Any thoughts?

My LO's are not good sleepers!

    We waited until Kaydence started day care; this way if one woke the other up in the morning it wasnt a big deal.  Kaydence has been STTN since she was 6 weeks old.  At 8:00 PM my Dh brings one child up and iI bring the other one up; they go to bed at same time every night and wake up together every morning. transistion them on a weekend so you won't be exhausted at work if it is a disaster.
