My boys are still on enfacare that I mix to 24 cals. They have a dr.s appt next week and I will ask the dr. then. Just curious when you stopped.
They seem to be gaining weight really well, they are eating 6-7 oz 4 x's a day and we also give them some solids for lunch, about 2 tbs for each baby.
The size 2 diapers we have using have started leaking at night, so I think it's a sign that they are growing and need to move up to size 3.
Re: When did you stop offering 24 cal formula?
We were at the Brigham too, nicu A.
Hopefully my boys will be on the charts next week.
We were in nicu B at first and then moved to A. DId your babies go to the intermediate nursery (A) right away or were the intensive (B and C) nurseries full when they were born? I had hellp as well.
They started out in C and then moved to A a couple of weeks later. Most of the nurses were really nice and caring. Isn't it crazy how fast things progressed with hellp? To this day I cannot smell purell without re-living L&D while on magnesium, blech!
This, except DD's not on duocal.
