shooting pain in nipple?

starting today i have this sharp, shooting pain in my left nipple/breast. I am 3.5 wks PP and i EP. Anyone else have this? i have an appt tomorrow but was curious if any of you had this happen to them too.....

Thrush maybe? Just a guess....

Could be a plugged duct, could be thrush, could be nothing. I had tons of weird pains at the beginning when my milk supply was crazy.
