Question if you have a long skinny baby...

So I'm visiting from 0-3.  I'm trying to buy DS some clothes for fall/winter since stuff is on sale right now.  He is currently wearing 6 month Carter's stuff, 6-9m Baby Gap, and mostly 6-9 in various other brands.  He weighs in at 13.5 lbs and is 24 inches long.  I would love to hear what size you momma's are buying for your long, skinny babies.  Thanks in advance!

    i won't buy that far ahead.....only bought summer stuff.

    My LO is generally fitting in clothes that are 3-6 mos. ahead of his age, but it can vary by brand.  He's long, but he's also in CDs so that takes up even more room.  Personally, I wouldn't buy that far ahead though.  You just never know how your LO is going to grow over the next several months.

    DS is 16lbs and 27 inches long ........so he is wearing the bigger onesies 6-9 month range but smaller pants.  And one piece outfits are a hit or miss - most are too short.  Poor kid....has a long torso and shorter legs right now. DH is 6'4 so I'm thinking he's well on his way!

    My DD is 10 lbs and 24 inches long, shes got her daddys chicken legs :) She is just now starting to fit into 0-3 month clothes (at 12 weeks), but all the pants and bottoms are still way too big for her skinny bottom lol

    The day before my daughter turned 3 months, she was 11.5 lbs and 25 inches long and is starting into 6-9 month on some stuff.  I am not buying any further ahead then now even though I would love to catch good clearance prices.
