  You think they could develop a product that wouldn't harm/smother/ pinch or decapitate a child.  I mean aren't baby items their specialty?  Get it right guys!

  I am beyond angry at them. I found out DD's crib was recalled.

  Its crazy. i use to think they were one of the really good baby brands. Isnt this the third recall recently? i remember the stroller one but i thought there was another.

  The whole "drop-side cribs are bad for babies" debate was just starting when DH and I bought Frankie's crib. We're both tall, so we decided just to play it safe and get a stationary crib. It's Graco, but at least it's not on the recall list.

  This means that my crib has been recalled twice now...Arg.  I have the Simplicity one which we originally bought for DD in 2007 (a drop side).  It was recalled in 2007 and we received a replacement part that fixed it (so it was no longer drop side).  And now Simplicity is out of business so it says to take it back to the store.  Not sure how that's going to work since I bought it 3 years ago.   Makes me so angry too!
