For the third day in a row, someone has rang the doorbell during DS's nap. To make matters worse, they don't ring just once. I didn't immediately answer the door, so they felt the need to ring it again. WTF?? And I had someone last night who rang it twice right away.
He didn't wake up today, but he woke up yesterday and the day before. Needless to say, I was pissed.
Re: I'm going to have to make SO disconnect the doorbell
We should be friends on FB... my status yesterday was this...
"Jayson's (DH) going to have to bail me out of jail - I'm surely going to be arrested for assault today. If ONE more person rings the doorbell/knocks on the door I WILL THROAT PUNCH YOU!"
And, now my FB status says, "Hank is asleep, you've been warned."
I disconnected the doorbell yesterday in a very ghetto way because I couldn't wait for my husband to get home...
Haha!
I have no idea how I would disconnect it, otherwise I would try. I've thought about putting a nasty note over the doorbell though!
I would hang a sign over it that says Do not ring doorbell, please knock
I have friends that did that, they have a 13 mo old and it's still up
Luckily, my doorbell box is inside the house and runs on batteries. I removed them when DS was born. I experienced doorbell hell with DS #1and learned my lesson.
LMAO at "throat punch."
Yeah, DH did that this weekend, and it's still on the door. Our dog goes BSC when someone rings the doorbell or knocks.
