I wound up just saying, "Hey, don't make this late thing a habit!" and let it go. If it (or anything like it) happens again, I'll bring up coming up with a regular schedule.
Good job! I hope he doesn't make this a habit. I know it's frustrating. My X has a habit of trying to take advantage of my time when he is supose to be responsible for DS. I got my lawyer to note it to his lawyer and if it continues to happen I will make a set schedule of every other weekend and not take into consideration that his days off fall on week days.
