Going Wine Tasting This Weekend! Need Advice

I can't wait!  I think I've had a total of two glasses of wine in the last year!  This will be our first overnight trip and first trip to the In-Laws' house.  Two questions: 

How much milk should I bring for Saturday and Sunday?  I plan on pumping and dumping (already bought milk alcohol test strips) Should I bring enough for all day Saturday/Sat Night/All Day Sunday?  If I bring a cooler (3hr drive) will it stay frozen so I don't HAVE to use what I bring if I don't need it all?

What to pack?  I don't want to forget anything, and I'm sure I'll bring too much, but this is my list for DS so far: 4 outfits, 6 onesies, socks, 2 pajamas, swaddleme, pack n play, johnnyjumper, playmat, toys, package of diapers, wipes, blanket, jacket, aspirator, bath stuff, boppy, sling, bottles, bottlebrush & rack.  Am I forgetting anything? In laws will be babysitting while I'm out being a wino. TIA!

    That sounds pretty much like my list when we go places. Thankfully my mom keeps her house pretty well stocked, so I don't have to take more than clothes when I go there.
