Question about Pampers Cruisers

I am using my first box of Pampers Cruisers ever, and the outside of the box was the old style.  But I have no idea if the diapers in the box are the old version or the new version.

So - what was the design on the old version?  What is the design on the new version?  Are they different?  Does the new version look like the samples they sent out?

Re: Question about Pampers Cruisers

  • I think the old are in the old boxes, new are in the new boxes.  I don't see why they would put new in the old!  The only visible difference I've paid attention to is that the new ones have a purpleish tinge to them on the inside, where as the old ones were white.

  • The new version looks like the samples. The Sesame Street characters have their arms up and there is a blue liner.

If you see netting and no blue liner, then you have the old version :)

ETA: You could have an old version box with the new product, they did send out boxes that way as a test before the launch.

  • I am not using them anymore but when we went from size three to size four in cruisers I think I noticed that the inside lining was purple. Were as the others were white. I could be wrong.

  • They have been putting the new version in the old boxes for many months in some areas (mine, for one). The old Pampers had a soft mesh lining. New Pampers w/ DryMax have no mesh and are quite thin at the back -- it looks like there's no padding at all at the top back. The design doesn't tell you whether it's drymax or not.
