Need some ideas..

in Babies: 3 - 6 Months
DH got a root canal, and we have two weeks before the rest of the repair work is done so in the meantime he has been eating soft foods. I am sick of mashed potatoes, soup, etc.... Any ideas on some dinner friendly options that could work? I made salmon the other night and it was soft enough for him....TIA

    You could try chili, mac n cheese, mashed cauliflower, fruit smoothies, tuna

    Does he have a temporary crown on?  He should be ok eating normal food..I know from my root canal that I could eat whatever.  Well I wouldn't go chomping down on some jerky or gum, but should be ok.

    Also if the temp comes off you can get some polident & put it back on!  Although his tooth is gonna be all tiny and freakish!  I totally knew if mine came off I would panic!  lol!

    Chicken salad, some pasta noodles are easy going down (like the shells or macaronis), chilli, turkey chilli, ummm...

    Yea he has the temp on right now...but he has super senstive teeth and doesnt want to risk it. He hadn't gone to the dentist in years for that reason...
