Nipples for bottles

I just started to formula feed almost exclusively (still BF a little) about 3 weeks ago and I'm still using the same nipples I bought for when he was first born. I'm pretty new to formula feeding since both my girls were BF exclusively for a year so I'm not sure if this is ok. I think I saw different stages but can't remember when they need bigger ones. Is there a 3 month size I need to step up to or is that later? TIA!

We are still on stage 1. Until she seems to get frustrated with them that is what we will stay on.

But, how do you know they are frustrated. My DS takes the bottle but it seems slow.
