Mothers Day.

This is my first mother's day, probably like most of you.  My dh asked me last night want I wanted and to gave him ideas...I have no clue.  I think I want something with lo birthstone but not sure.  What are you guys hoping for?

    The perfect gift for me...a weekend without having to see the IL's.  Don't think I can tell that to DH though.

    Either a birthstone necklace or some time to myself while DH watches DS!  I want nothing more than a nice long nap!

    For my first Mothers Day DH got me a diamond necklace, which was fabulous! And he got DS to make me a card by putting his little hands and feet in paint and putting them on a piece of paper (DS was only 1 month). Dont remember what I got last year and this year I just want a day off! (and maybe some more diamonds...)

    I told DH all I want for Mother's Day is breakfast in bed. That is something I've always dreamed of for some reason - my husband and kids bringing me breakfast. Even if it's just coffee and cereal. That's the perfect Mother's Day to me.

    We're buying a house, and I know all of our extra money is going to that. I just HOPE that SO comes up with something thoughtful. Like another mom said, it could just be breakfast in bed, but it d@mn well better be something!

    For Father's Day, we're getting SO a vintage MN Twins tshirt. When he was little, he had to go to hospital, and he always tells about how the docs cut his shirt, and he was so mad. lol, I found one on ebay, so I have to find a sneaky way to order it for him. Yes
