Anyone have this nail trimmer?

buzz b. - battery-operated nail trimmer

It's the Buzz B by Zoli Baby - mentioned in Parent's.  $25 is kind of pricey for a glorified emory board, but if it works - I'll happily fork over the cash.  Other trimmer recommendations are appreciated as well (I've tried a regular file - just not working)

    We bought an infant nail trimmer, but I'm way to chicken.  I use an older emory board that isn't as rough as they are when their new, or I pick at them while she's nursing.
