I said ss because he usually takes one good 2-3 hour nap and 2 45min-1hour naps each day.

Yes.. "what nap?!" I'm lucky if I can get him down for 15-20 minutes once a day.

Sometimes she'll sleep for 30 min, or an hour, and sometimes two hours. Basically I never know how long she'll be down so it's hard to get much done.

Voted not consistent 'cause it's anywhere from 30min to 2.5hrs. He usually gets about 3hrs total in a day give or take 30min either way.

This used to be us. Now he only wants to take 30 minute naps and then wakes up still tired! Tongue Tied

At daycare she naps a half hour, an hour, two hours, 15 minutes... I guess it depends on how busy it is or something. No consistency at all when at DC.

At home on the weekends she takes long naps - generally an hour to two hours solid.

I voted inconsistant. Sometimes its only 30 minutes. Lately he has been taking 2 to 3 hour naps.

He used to be consistent--1-2 morning naps, 45m-1.5 hours, one long afternoon nap 1-4 hours long, and sometimes a short evening nap 20-30 minutes. But this week he's throwing me for a loop.
