As of next Thursday, Sabrina will have been in DC for two months. She got a stuffy nose the third day she was in DC and has had it since with the past several weeks turning into runny and very snotty nose and an awful sounding cold.
And I'm on my second cold since she started. >(
She's at a center that even has a Kindergarten so there's a ridiculous amount of germs to swim through to get to her every day...
I think Tegan might actually be coming down with her first daycare cold. She's been congested for the last couple of days and has had a bit of a dry cough. I found out today that a lot of the other babies are sick, so I'm assuming she'll get worse before she gets better even though I'm hoping she doesn't.
Oh man, don't get me started. We started daycare about 6 weeks ago, and he's practically been sick the whole time. Nothing terrible, just stuffy nose, etc. I hate it.

This exactly. Exept shes been there for 10 weeks...got sick after 2 weeks..so she basically had a cold on and off for 8 weeks. GREAT. Really though, she doesnt seem to be in any discomfort and has never had a fever so I'm not too worried. My Pedi said that babies in daycare will get about 10-14 colds a year, all concentrated between in the winter months. I can wait for summer!

Re: If your child is in daycare......
she's had a few cold already which completely sucks but i heard at this age, its going to happen and happen often.
I just try to make her comfy and let it happen. As long as she doesnt get a fever, i try not to worry too much.
