Mother's Day is right around the corner!

Did you give any hints to DH on a gift?

I told Mark that all I really wanted was all the furniture put together for the girls' rooms.  I have about 8 boxes that need to be assembled upstairs so I can move Danielle to the guest room and move Sarah to Danielle's room.  I am starting to worry that I won't have enough time to transition Sarah to her big girl room and toddler daybed before Jacob gets here!

LOL - that is probably the only way it will get done in a timely manner.  If I got what I REALLY wanted though, I would love to get a chest freezer as a present! =P

    This year I am not really asking for anything. The only thing I want is a nice Mexican food meal with my family. *giggle* It is always hard for me to not have Kat home for Mother's Day, as she was not last year and won't be this year. (Dang Texas judicial system!) I guess if anything I would love a nice massage for Mother's Day! Free of charge...just from my hubby! My shoulders are so tense and tight right now with finals being this week for me and graduation being the day before Mother's Day that I could probably use them to bounce quarters off of!

    I ordered it online from Amazon.  I won't lie - it is about twice as much as a regular toddler bed, but since I am trying to transition her so early, I wanted to have the 3 1/2 sides so it feels a little more like a crib.

    Kinda weird that the reviews are so low on this site... the same bed sells on a few other sites and gets decent marks.

    My mom and I were at Kids Junction resale day before yesterday and found a toddler bed (actually I think it was a crib that could transition to toddler bed) that sounds like this one. Not quite as pretty as this one but heck it that is okay. :) I think this one looks very nice.

    DH keeps asking me if I'm expecting something for Mother's Day this year. lol. We have so much going on next weekend anyway and all I want is a trip to Austin & the outlets to finish getting some stuff for the nursery & other baby things. He and MIL are finishing the nursery paint/stenciling this weekend and then we can get the furniture in! Yay! That's present enough.

    SWEET! I haven't even started to think about stuff for the nursery just yet, though now that classes are over I am going to start on the little stuffed animals I'm creating for my product line. I will be making the baby book this week as well. I have to get my computer and printer (not the one I'm on now but my Mac) to cooperate with each other. BTW I make all sorts of handmade items. :) I make handmade baby books, bride books, handpainted and handbeaded tops/bags/clothing etc. I also am about to start making little fleece stuffed animals. *grin* It is my little side business I started a year ago.
