Hello! and prenatal yoga question
Just wanted to say hi to all you old knotties/nesties out there! I've been out of the loop but it's good to see some of you are still on here regularly 
David and I are due Aug. 26 with our first. We're keeping Baby's sex a surprise!
Any prenatal yogis out there? What studios/instructors do you recommend?

Welcome and congrats!
I go to Yoga Yoga at Westgate. I LOVE Alice's classes but there's a Monday class at 6 pm is that is good when I can't make it to Alice's. After my first baby I really missed Alice's classes, but that is NOT why I got pregnant again. Ha!

haven't been pregnant. Just wanted to say hi. 
BFP 12.20.2010 :: missed m/c 1/2011 around 8 weeks
BFP @ 9dpo 5.24.2011 :: missed m/c 6/2011 around 7 weeks
positive for ANAs (1:40) with a speckled pattern
MTHFR c677t mutation (heterozygous)
*folic acid, baby asprin, Prometrium, acupuncture, Lovenox*
BFP @ 9dpo 2.1.2012 || HCG = 8 : Progesterone = 19.2
2nd HCG @ 11dpo = 40 || 3rd HCG @ 21dpo = over 5000!

Welcome and congrats! I loved prenatal yoga - I took it with Alice at Yoga Yoga on 360. And now we go to baby yoga at Yoga Yoga Westgate.
Welcome back and congrats! I started prenatal yoga last week at Yoga Yoga and I really like it. So far I have been to Laura's class at 6 pm on Thursdays and Mandeep's class on Sunday at 10:30 am, both at Northwest. So far I prefer the Sunday class, but the Thursday class will be switching instructors soon so I plan to keep going. I also plan to try Tuesdays at Yoga Yoga 360 with Lisa. Maybe I'll see you in class!

Aww I've missed all of you!! Look at all of your beautiful babies! Yes, it's been 4 yrs since we got married and we're finally ready to settle down into family mode. Can't wait to hear more from all of you baby experts
I forgot to mention I am north, so I'll check out Yoga Yoga NW and then maybe the other YY locations on the weekends. I was so nauseous the whole first tri and I missed yoga so much. Looking forward to get back into the swing of things now that I'm feeling better.
I only made it to prenatal yoga like 3 times so I don't remember who my instructors really were but I know I always enjoyed it
I am going to start Crawlers and Walkers next week at Yoga Yoga Westgate so it looks like I will be seeing Nova and her baby C.
Aww so good to see you on here! Let us know next time you're in town. We need to get together for real.
Those photos of Aubrey are so cute. Tried to get her to shoot birth photos, but she is not taking any more for the summer. PinkleToes is shooting instead and I can't wait to be on the other side of the camera!
