he does about 9oz before going to bed & when he wakes up, and 5-6 oz every 2.5-3hrs during the day (3 between the 2 big ones)
DS has been STTN since 5 weeks old (with the occasional crazy early waking due to hunger), and I attribute that to his big bedtime meals. We don't dream feed.

humm... maybe I should try giving her more?? I dont know if she'd eat it or not!! She doesnt seem hungry after 4oz...
It depends on how much she weighs. They should eat 2.5oz for every pound of weight.
Also, LOs should not ingest more than 32oz of formula-something due to the vitamin content as too much of a specific vitamin in formula is not good for them. If your child is eating more, you should discuss this with the pedi-they may want you to start solids sooner than later.

We were getting a lot of flack from DH's family b/c of the amount Tooter eats in one feeding. He eats between 4-5oz every few hours. I asked the pedi about this at his 4mo check-up. He is in the 72% for his age, so her comment was: "There's honestly no need to worry. People who have children like to make judgement on first time parents."

She weighs 10lbs 7oz... so she's about right on target i suppose! she eats between 28-32oz each day!
