Graco Lovin' Hug motor

The motor on my Graco swing just went out. It has brand new batteries. The swing just went really spastic this morning, first it wouldn't stay on, then I messed with it for a while and it stayed on. When DD woke up, the crazy thing wouldn't turn off. I had to take the batteries out.

I've heard of problems with the Graco Lovin' Hug motors. If you've had this problem, what did you do about it? I think I rememeber someone saying Graco sent them a new motor? Who should I contact about this?

    You contact Graco and they will send a new motor. We didn't even bother with that, because I was ticked that it died before even 3 months of use and not that much use to begin with. We packed it up in it's box took it back and got a new fisher price swing. We didn't have the receipt for it (it was a shower gift) but it was on our registry so it worked.
