okay, seriously... i'm not a piece of meat!

i feel like charlotte is getting to a point where she just always needs a boob in her mouth.  i can never just hold her.  she looks at me like 'are you crazy?  up with the shirt!' and she will tug on it and whine and cry.  i can't sit on the floor and play with the girls because she will stop what she is doing and crawl into my lap and start tugging on the shirt.  at this very moment she is in my lap and in the cradle position nursing.  i keep trying to sit her up and sing to her, play patty cake, etc. and she just gets really mad and throws a fit.  she is almost a year old now so she definitely doesn't need to be nursing as much as she wants to.  what am i supposed to do?  it's not like i can just push her away, lol.  i try really hard to redirect and distract her, but it's not easy.

    I also don't have any advice, but your post made me laugh a little:) I think it's cute, but I also didn't make it that long breast-feeding, so I'm a little envious:)

    Is she teething?

    I semi-remember a phase like this from Ellie. I just refused to let her nurse and distracted her with something else when she wanted to too often.
