Anyone's LO still have Epstein pearls in their mouth?

So about a month and a half ago, I noticed a little white spot on DD's gums, it looked exactly like a tooth in the front on top. Since she was only 3 months, I took her to the pedi, and was seen by a nurse who told me it was an Epstein pearl (just a cyst) and will go away on it's own. It's still there, and I always think it's still a tooth coming in when I see it.
