Gas drops

Do you use them?  Why or why not?

Re: Gas drops

  • Not anymore.  We used to, but then we noticed that after using them, DS tends to have less-than-stellar looking poops.  He has digestive issues, so no telling if the mylicon actually bothers his stomach or not.  But we stopped using them anyway.

  • Yes...because they help with gas....
  • Yes. They help him. A few times they have forgotten to give them to DS at daycare (and once my mom forgot)--and the results were not pretty (or fun for DS).

They don't work for everyone. They work for DS, though, so we are grateful.

  • Absolutely!  When Riley is really screaming her head off we even put just a drop on the tip of the dropper and let her taste it in her mouth.  I think the mint flavor helps calm her down.  And she has really bad gas at night so I put it in her last bottle of the night and keep it on the night stand next to her crib for when she wakes up screaming in the middle of the night.
