  I don't think there is ever really a 'good' time to give them -or- get them. However there ARE bad times to give them ~ I would postone them if you can. They are hard enough as it is to do without the extra hormones.

  Yeah, I put them off until tomorrow and went and took a walk. Definitely feeling much better now.

  Yeah, I try not to do them on days when I'm in a bad mood (or before 10 am). Instead I fire off angry emails - gets the stress out.
