Diapers for stomach sleepers

DS has mastered rolling from his back to his tummy and now will flip to his stomach while sleeping, despite numerous attempts to put him back on his back.  Aside from the issues with tummy sleeping, a big problem is that he is now leaking out of the front of his diaper overnight.  What diapers do you use to prevent this (or should I just do up a size - he's currently in size 2 and they seem to fit fine, no other leaking or blowouts)?  He sleeps about 12 hours straight so I dont have a chance to change him in the middle of the night and I already point his penis down so that's not causing the problem. TIA!

    we are using size 3 for night and size 2 for during the day.....LO is sleeping about 12 hours as well too!!

    OMG i just have to say what i would give for my little one to sleep that long.........  just wishing...  at least he is a happy boy!!!

    We are currently having the same problem!  One morning he woke up and was so soaked in pee, it was in his hair!!  I use the 12 hour protection Pampers, but I never thought of going up a size.  I'm going to see if that works!
