My ex used to order my flowers from there, and I have to say, I didn't love it. They come unarranged, in a box, with a vase, I think because they stay fresher longer that way. But I suck at arranging and they just never look as good as a professional arrangement. And I didn't really feel they lasted any longer than the ones that come pre-arranged.
I had a bad experience last month. Sent flowers to my grandmother in the hospital. I happened to go there and see what they sent. Totally not what I ordered. In fact it was so far off that I was so upset. I emailed them and they ended up contacting the local vendor who said they had to substitute it. They said they would re-do it the next day. They never did so I got a full refund.
I have gotten flowers from them and was pretty happy with the quality of the flowers. They were roses and lasted about 3 weeks. The only thing is that they don't come in the arrangement. You have to put it together yourself, which for me was kinda fun. But I can see how others would not like it.
I've used them a bunch and that is where my DH typically gets flowers for me when he wants them sent to my office (maybe once a year from him) and I've always had a great experience and the prices always seem good.

Re: has anyone used or received ProFlowers
This, exactly.
