We cloth diaper. It's an initial investment, but it can save you lots of money in the long run. We also canceled cable and our home phone. The iPhones we were not willing to part with.

especially when you use them w/ multiple kids.
We buy our disposable diapers at Costco (they sleep in them at night and when we are going out for a long time during the day) and we go through maybe three boxes a year.
we use mint.com to track all of our spending - it has saved us hundreds of dollars because now when we're out of money in a particular category - that's it!
we use credit cards to pay for everything - we use the ones that give us cash back (we have the costco amex and the citi rewards one) - last year we got $650 back for just using our credit cards! we pay off our bill every month in full so we never accrue interest - that is free money!!
we cut out our cable and just use an antennae to watch our tv. i really miss having a dvr but don't miss the actual cable - it's helped me to watch cut out a lot of shows (a lot of the shows i watch online anyway).
i used to check out books from the library instead of buying them (i need to start doing this again).
i meal plan - so i make a list of everything we need and only shop for stuff from that list.
we cut down on eating out - it's helping with my goal to lose weight and has helped us to save more $. we only spend $100/mo on eating out!
we rarely go see movies anymore, we instead subscribe to blockbuster online and rent all of our movies through them.
babysitting - we have a family member babysit.
i'll let you know if i can think of anything else!
Re: free money!!
I can't really think of anything beyond what you have listed.
Oh, I use bigcrumbs.com when I shop online (let me know if you want a referral).
Jon is planning on building a veggie garden box in the back yard while I'm away so, hopefully, coming in the next year when can save on produce.
A lot of what we did was look at things we didn't need (HBO, Netflix, gym that we weren't using, etc) and cut them out.
